TECHNOLOGY
All SPAAL products | DYNAMIC are developed following APQP of ISO/TS 16.949, in compliance with Brazilian legislation and international standards. High-precision simultaneous and reverse engineering are adopted in the development of new products, just as our production processes are carried out using cutting-edge technology.
The products follow the evolution of new engine technologies, and in some cases we were pioneers in the development of constructive models, such as gaskets in Turbo-Diesel (TD) material, consolidating us as a preference for customers looking for performance and high performance. . To this end, our efforts are always directed towards evolving our processes and innovating the materials used in our production sector.
When talking about innovation, we cannot fail to mention the Dynamic retainer line. The constant search for specialization, combined with the entrepreneurship applied in its management, directed us to a segment lacking options, the high-performance retainer market.
To present ourselves as a new option in retainers, a large investment was made in technology and human resources. The result of this investment can be seen across the entire product line, which is subjected to a wide range of tests on dynamometers and in the field, following the most rigorous international standards.
• Process Technology
The Lean Manufacturing concept is applied throughout the entire production process at SPAAL | DYNAMIC, optimizing our operations, eliminating waste and reducing our costs in order to guarantee the competitiveness that the sector demands. We use a fully integrated ERP, which brings us modernity, total control over production, traceability and the total quality of our products.
Our blister retainer packaging was developed to ensure integrity, rationalization and good appearance. Furthermore, they are manufactured with 100% recycled PET material, in order to minimize the impact of our operations on the environment, after all, environmental responsibility is part of our guidelines.
SPAAL head gaskets | DYNAMIC are packaged in one of the most modern machines currently on the market, offering maximum transparency and full visualization of the joints, which guarantees, together with the protective pads, the total integrity of the product until the moment of use.
• Materials Technology
In each application, we always seek the best option to meet engine specifications through materials engineering. Different materials are used in the production of sealing gaskets and retainers in accordance with each specification, standard and project, taking into account their respective operating characteristics.
For gaskets, some of the materials we produce and use in our product portfolio are:
• Solid Core (SC);
• Thermo Multilayer with Molybdenum (TM);
• Turbo-Diesel (TD);
• Multilayer metal joints (ML);
• Metal joints with injected elastomer (BI);
• Rubberized cork (CB);
• Hydraulic cardboard (AN);
• Hydraulic cardboard for high pressure (NT).
DYNAMIC line retainers are produced in the following materials:
• Nitrile Rubber (N)
• Silicone (S)
• Borracha Poliacrylica (P)
• Politetrafluoretileno – PTFE ou Teflon® (T)
• Fluorelastomer – FKM or Viton® (F)
Our seals are produced in traditional models with spring, with PTFE sealing lip, with raceway (KT) and also in fluorine model with very low friction (HD).
